1) Prices & Taxes

  • All product prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT for EU deliveries (“incl. VAT / inkl. MwSt.”). Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout. Stripe+2Globig -+2

  • For deliveries to Switzerland (CH), orders are treated as export sales without EU VAT; Swiss import VAT and any customs/clearance fees are due upon delivery, usually collected by the carrier. Current Swiss standard VAT rate: 8.1%. Taxation and Customs Union+1

2) Shipping Countries & Carriers (DACH)

We ship to Germany (DE), Austria (AT), and Switzerland (CH) using trusted carriers:

  • Germany / Austria: DHL, DPD, GLS

  • Switzerland: DHL (handover to Swiss Post) or DPD/GLS (local partner handover)

Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated transit time: DE/AT: 3–5 business days, CH: 5–7 business days.
Tracking links are sent by email once your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping costs / free shipping threshold

  • Flat-rate shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout and on the cart page.

  • Example (adjust as needed):

    • DE/AT: €6.90 flat; free from €100

    • CH: €12.90 flat (excl. VAT)

Delivery attempts & undeliverable parcels

  • If a parcel is returned as undeliverable (incorrect address, uncollected from pick-up point), we’ll refund the product price minus the actual return shipping/handling once received back in resalable condition.

Damage in transit

  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report it to the carrier immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to the assessment.

Risk transfer

  • For consumers, the risk of loss passes upon delivery to you (or your designated third party).

3) Returns (summary)

  • Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons (see Right of Withdrawal page for full instructions and the sample form).

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the return.

4) Payment Methods

We offer multiple trusted local methods to maximize convenience and conversion:

  • PayPal – instant and widely used in DE/AT; includes buyer protection.

  • Cards via Shopify Payments / Stripe – Visa, Mastercard; 3-D Secure supported.

  • SEPA Direct Debit – pay directly from your bank account (where available).

  • Sofort (Klarna) – instant bank transfer popular in DE/AT.

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay – fast 1-tap checkout on web and mobile.

  • TWINT (Switzerland) – widely used Swiss mobile wallet (if enabled in your gateway).

Note: Availability of specific methods depends on your billing/shipping country and the result of provider checks (e.g., Klarna eligibility).

Security & processing

  • Payments are processed by certified providers (Shopify Payments/Stripe, PayPal, Klarna). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

  • All transactions use encrypted connections (SSL/TLS).

5) Invoices & VAT

  • EU: VAT is included and shown on your invoice.

  • Switzerland: Orders are billed without EU VAT; your carrier may collect Swiss import VAT (8.1%) and a small customs clearance fee on delivery. kmu.admin.ch
