1) Prices & Taxes

For deliveries to Switzerland (CH), orders are treated as export sales without EU VAT; Swiss import VAT and any customs/clearance fees are due upon delivery, usually collected by the carrier. Current Swiss standard VAT rate: 8.1%. Taxation and Customs Union+1
2) Shipping Countries & Carriers (DACH)
We ship to Germany (DE), Austria (AT), and Switzerland (CH) using trusted carriers:

Germany / Austria: DHL, DPD, GLS

Switzerland: DHL (handover to Swiss Post) or DPD/GLS (local partner handover)
Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated transit time: DE/AT: 3–5 business days, CH: 5–7 business days.
Tracking links are sent by email once your parcel is dispatched.
Shipping costs / free shipping threshold

Flat-rate shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout and on the cart page.

Delivery attempts & undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned as undeliverable (incorrect address, uncollected from pick-up point), we’ll refund the product price minus the actual return shipping/handling once received back in resalable condition.
Damage in transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report it to the carrier immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to the assessment.
Risk transfer

For consumers, the risk of loss passes upon delivery to you (or your designated third party).
3) Returns (summary)

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons (see Right of Withdrawal page for full instructions and the sample form).

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the return.

Payments are processed by certified providers (Shopify Payments/Stripe, PayPal, Klarna). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5) Invoices & VAT

EU: VAT is included and shown on your invoice.
