How do you choose what materials to use?
Each Woodboards product is the result of years of refining our own in-house design and craftsmanship. Because we manufacture everything ourselves in Veselí nad Moravou, we can control every step — from selecting raw materials to the final surface finish — ensuring the quality we stand for.
We carefully choose materials that meet our standards for durability, performance, and responsibility. Our boards are made primarily from natural beech wood, which is long-lasting, renewable, and far less harmful to the environment than synthetic alternatives. When additional materials are needed — such as reinforced PVC for rollers — we select those that provide the safest and most reliable performance.
By thinking about longevity, sustainability, and the real impact on movement and health, we create products that feel natural, function exceptionally well, and stand the test of time.
